Thomas D. Egan Glen Rock Post 850 VFW is facilitating Glen Rock’s, Phase 4, tribute to those that have served our country to preserve our freedoms by placing banners, on selected telephone poles throughout Glen Rock. These banners will be two-sided so they can be seen in two directions. To accomplish our mission we will be raising funding.
Phase 4 banners, will be added to Phases 1, 2 and 3. They will be installed along with Phase 1,2 and3 by Veterans Day, 2025. All entries must be in by 8/30/2025. |

There are two ways you can help us achieve our goals.
Level 1: Honor Your Loved One By Sponsoring Their Banner.
- Please complete and submit the on-line Banner Application Form below.
- Send in a check for $275.00 (price for banner and hardware) for a personalized banner to honor your beloved veteran.

- Prior to starting the application, please scan proof of service, and veteran's photo as directed below.
- Scan or upload proof of service such as DD214 or other documents.
- Upload a photo, preferably in uniform, that can be printed on the banner. Please use a flatbed scanner and scan it at 600dpi or 300dpi minimum. DO NOT USE A PHONE CAMERA SCAN, DO NOT SUBMIT PHOTOCOPIES OF IMAGE. Scan the original image. Save the photo image a a JPEG file. If you need help, ask someone who is familiar with using a scanner and saving an image.

Note: To be eligible for a banner, the veteran is required to have lived in Glen Rock. All applicants will be researched. No submission will be finalized until accepted by the same criteria as all others. If an application is not accepted, the check will be returned.
